The Boise studio is conveniently located just outside of downtown near Boise State University. Our spacious light filled studio is proud to bring the newest hot yoga concept to Boise.
We welcome all levels of students and all ages. Our state of the art studio offers a tranquil setting, state of the art heating and humidity control, as well as surround sound music & gorgeous hardwood flooring in the yoga room. In the near future we plan to have an on site nutritionist to assist in healthy eating habits to gain optimal health in your life. Our Boutique offers something for everyone from yoga apparel including Tonic, Onzie, Yogitoes, Spiritual You, as well as everyday stylish clothing.
